With Gottman Method Couple's Counseling Level 3 training and Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) credentials, she offers holistic and compassionate support for individuals, couple's trauma survivors, and those seeking life improvement.

Kathryne is skilled in helping clients with a variety of mental health disorders and challenges such as loss/grief, anxiety/panic, depression, relationship difficulties, women’s issues, trauma, mood disorders, stress management, and navigating difficult life events. Her goal is to assist individuals who seek personal fulfillment and positive life change. Kathryne is a National Board-Certified Fellow in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and if deemed appropriate and desired by the client, uses hypnosis in conjunction with individual counseling techniques to achieve success in dealing with stubborn mental health symptoms.
