Meet Kathryne Arnold MS, LMHC, NBCFCH, CIMHP
Are you dissatisfied with the way your life is going? Is procrastination, anxiety, grief or depression preventing you from moving forward? Many individuals are unable to recognize and understand what is causing them to feel “stuck” in the past or present, overly worried about the future, feeling frustrated, unhappy, lost. Counseling will help you to better identify, achieve and maintain your personal and professional dreams and goals, increasing your level of motivation, self-esteem and direction in your life."
I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 35 years of experience in the field of mental health and social services. I’m an Integrative Mental Health Professional and a National Board-Certified Fellow of Clinical Hypnotherapy. I use an integrated, holistic orientation in my counseling sessions, drawing on resiliency, solution-focused and strength-based approaches. If you’re interested in hypnotherapy (when deemed appropriate), I can utilize it in conjunction with talk therapy to assist if you’re struggling with various issues, such as with anxiety and panic, depressed mood, trauma, low self-esteem, poor performance, lack of self-confidence, and diverse health issues. I place an emphasis on looking at the whole person in order to increase understanding of the mind-body connection.
